Laptop Woohoo!

hamlet
So I am currently writing this entry from my brand-new laptop! I got a PowerBook G4 with Mac OS X Tiger. It's a lot of fun to set up, and I'm gonna try to load my iPod music onto this laptop soon. I have to configure stuff and download programs. It may take some time.

My dad was just surprised that I knew Kenny Loggins' old partner was some guy named Messina. But then he was surprised that I played "House on Pooh Corner" for him. Who doesn't know that song? Does anyone who reads this not know that song?

Just a warning--transferring music from iTunes onto different computers is a bitch and a half. At least it was for me... Especially if you have downloaded music because for some reason it doesn't register in the iTunes music folder. If you find an easy way to do it, let me know... so if I ever have to do this again I won't wanna shoot myself. :P

I'm using PodUtil, a program that should work for both PC and Mac.

Yeah, I found out about that... after the fact. Would have been nice if I found it first before I wasted so much time! Grrr.

You look up "PodUtil" on Google. It's some british website that's annoying to try and memorize, so I didn't.

awesome, new computers rock! I've probably heard the song, I just have never heard the name of it. I bet if you played it I would know it. ♥

Christopher Robin and I walked along
under branches lit up by the moon.
Posing our questions to owl and eeyore
as our days disappeared all too soon.
But I've wandered much further today than I should
and I can't seeem to find my way back to the wood.

So, help me if you can I've got to get
back to the house at Pooh corner by one.
You;d be surprized there's so much to be done,
count all the bees in the hive,
chase all the clouds from the sky.
Back to the days of Christopher Robin and Pooh.

Winnie the Pooh doesn't know what to do,
got a honey jar stuck on his nose.
He came to me asking help and advice
and from here no one knows where he goes.
So I sent him to ask of te Owl if he's there,
how to loosen a jar from the nose of a bear

So, help me if you can I've got to get
back to the house at Pooh corner by one

Back to the days of Christopher Robin and Pooh,
back to the days of Christopher Robin,
back to the ways of Pooh
